MSA30 disk replaced and now cannot see any logical drives
Hi
We have an MSA30 with 14 disks (12 & 2 spare).

2:4 was showing FAILED and was replaced. It didn't change status automatically, so Eng. suggested we power down server, power cycle MSA, and boot server. Server booted twice, and still we are getting no non-root VGs on the OS. All Logical Drives show FAILED:
