Quick I/O feature of VxFS

What do I need to install on an HP-UX 11.11 system in order to get the "Quick I/O" feature of Veritas File System for Oracle database application? Is it a separate product? Right now I have:
JFS B.11.11
OnlineJFS B.11.11
according to "swlist -l product".

You need Online JFS 3.5:
