Storage allocation without powerpath in HP_UX B.11.23

Hi All,

 

        I have a system with hp 11.23 OS and i do not have powerpath to allocate additional storage.Can anyone explain me the step by step procedure to be done once the storage is allocated to make it as a filesystem in 11.23(Legacy DSF)
