Re: The LIFS areas on LVM mirrored boot disks are not identical
Maybe you have different versions of offline diagnostics installed.
No need to worry at all.
If someone needs them someday he will use a current version from CD anyway.
IMPORTANT:
ISL AUTO HPUX PAD LABEL
must be there!
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Solution
As Torsten says, doesn't really matter, but if you know you have the latest version of diagnostics installed on the OS, you can copy the offline diagnostics to both disks relatively easily as follows:
mkboot -b /usr/sbin/diag/lif/updatediaglif2 -p ISL -p AUTO -p HPUX -p PAD -p LABEL /dev/rdsk/c1t2d0
mkboot -b /usr/sbin/diag/lif/updatediaglif2 -p ISL -p AUTO -p HPUX -p PAD -p LABEL /dev/rdsk/c2t2d0

Duncan
I am an HPE Employee
mkboot -b /usr/sbin/diag/lif/updatediaglif2 -p ISL -p AUTO -p HPUX -p PAD -p LABEL /dev/rdsk/c1t2d0
mkboot -b /usr/sbin/diag/lif/updatediaglif2 -p ISL -p AUTO -p HPUX -p PAD -p LABEL /dev/rdsk/c2t2d0
