VxVM Disk Mirror failure

I am running VxVM Foundation Suite on HP-UX 11.11 server. I had a disk fail in the mirror and have it replaced, now trying to add it back in and receiving following error:

=>vxdg -k -g ignitedg adddisk ignitedg07=c5t2d0
vxvm:vxdg: ERROR: associating disk-media ignitedg07 with c5t2d0:
Disk public region is too small
