VxVM and Dump
Hi,
On 11.23 and I would like to change the usage of the rootdg swapvol to be only used for swap as opposed to swap and dump. I have some other dedicated dump volumes now.
I can only find information about adding dump (vxvmboot) volumes for VxVM, but nothing in regard to removing them.
Anyone any ideas how to change this to be a swap volume only?
Thanks.

Re: VxVM and Dump
Hi Robert-Jan,
Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I don't think you read my question properly though - I want to REMOVE the usage of a rootdg swap/dump volume from the dump configuration in a manner that is persistent across reboots.
I've already seen the document you reference, and like much of the info I found it only mentions adding swap and dump volumes to a configuration.
Any info anyone has or can suggest on my issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: VxVM and Dump
use lvrmboot -d option to remove the dump volume.
