Hi Qiang,

surely the problem is about the 32/64 difference between the system and tool.

In attachment lsof 4.64 for HP-UX 11.00 32bit.
I hope you have 11.00.

I rebooted the box and the /opt returned to normal.

The lsof_4.75 is worked.
