is it is possible to to boot system ?
how can i solve this problem ?

Try to boot in Recovery Shell and correct the problem using HP-UX Core Recovery Menu or fsck(1m). To get in to Recovery Shell you should boot from HP-UX Install Media and choose it from installation menu.

I need exactly error messages!
In normally, if you can boot into single-user mode, of course you can reboot the server. The filesystem will be checked at booting time.
Can solve it?

I recommend you should make a recovery tape (by using make_tape_recovery command) as soon as possible. It is more safe for your system :)
