Hi,
these goups are used by various system processes and their pseudo acount owners.

Group id < 10 are system groups and set up at OS installation.

Both bin and sys are used by system only. Generally files within your executable paths (/bin, /usr/bin, etc) will be part of bin group and other system related directories will be having sys group.
