lvextend in raid0

I have one strict lv in with stripe size 8 kb & built with 4 no.s of PVs. I need to extend that LV. In the vg there is some free PE  from other pv. Is it possible to extend lv with other PV's PE. As i know when it was made a lv like what we have right now, we use "lvcreate -L (lv_size) -i (no. of disk) -I (stirpe size) -n (lv_name) (vg_name) ".  Means at the time of creation we specified the no.of disk .  How can i add another disk to extend this file system. Please suggest accordingly. If you need more information for further clarification, i will provide you whatever you need.

You would have to add 4 disks to be able to successfully extend the stripe.  It will not let you extend the stripe unless you have PE's available on the the number disks specified with the '-i' option of lvcreate.
