I would try to activate the VG again, even if it is currently active.

# vgchange -a y vg01

maybe this already helps.

If not, at next downtime deactivate and active the VG.

hello Dan Ryan:

According to your post, i find you still missed 1536 PE in vg01.

and your current lv is 6, but open lv is 3,

i think you still lost 3 lv in vg01.

To resolve this problem, please post

vgdisplay -v /dev/dsk/c2t2d0 and

vgdisplay -v /dev/dsk/c1t2d0.

Then to recreate the missed lv.

Hi,

1:do an import export of the VG
2:Remove all lv device file from the /dev/vg01 and recreate the same with mknod
