printer installation

Hi All,

Can anyone give me the steps in installing network printer HP Laserjet 4050ps or 4100ps in lan.
I have HP -UX 11.00 ( model B2600) os installed in my system.

First, download and swinstall the JetDirect software from:
http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_query=jet+direct+printer+installer&h_tool=software&h_lang=en

Next, execute /opt/hpnpl/bin/hppi. The interactive menu will then guide you through the steps.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

If you have HPPI installed, then use it or from command line:

addqueue -i 9998 -h prt.dns.name -q PRTQ

man addqueue
