Re: purpose of below 4 disks
---------- LOGICAL DRIVE 5 ---------- Raid Level : RAID 1 Volume sas address : 0x85542fd17e4323d

These two disks are two RAID 1 halves of device /dev/(r)dsk/c2t2d0, also known as /dev/(r)disk/disk5. The presence of _p1, _p2. _p3 suffixes in the ioscan listing (...s1, ...s2, ..s3 in legacy-form ioscan) indicates this is very likely your hardware-mirrored system disk.
NOTE: the ioscan also lists /dev/(r)disk/disk3 and /dev/(r)disk/disk4_p1 as belonging to this hardware device. This is not normal. You may have some stale device nodes in /dev/disk and /dev/rdisk directories. "rmsf -x" and/or "insf -eCdisk" could be used to get rid of them. (Warning: if you have custom permissions on your disk devices, "insf -eCdisk" will reset them to factory defaults.)
---------- LOGICAL DRIVE 7 ---------- Raid Level : RAID 1 Volume sas address : 0xb77fb08daff4530 Device Special File : /dev/rdsk/c2t3d0

These disks are two RAID 1 halves of device /dev/(r)dsk/c2t3d0, also known as /dev/(r)disk/disk9. According to information you posted, it is not part of the system volume group vg00.
It might be:
- part of some other volume group
- used as a raw data volume (no LVM used), maybe for a database?
- completely unused.
There was not enough information to determine anything further on these disks.
