rp7410 vg00 sync

Hi,
A while ago, I've seen a message regarding failure to resync the vg00 after hot replaced the internal disk in a rp7410 (failure to synchronize the stale extents). There was a patch to solve this. It seems that the problem just vanished, as I could no longer find any piece of info on this issue. Can anyone indicate me the patch ID?
