lvol1, lvol2 and lvol3 must be contiguous hence either you have to follow the above option or re-install the OS with the new filesystem sizes.

lvdisplay /dev/vg00/lvol3
will show
Allocation strict/contiguous
The immediate thing you need to do is clean the root file system and get some free space because you have already used up the 1GB totally.

u can't increarse this logical volume because it is root
/dev/vg00/lvol3 1048576 1048576 0 100% /
if u want u have to use ignite tool
immediattely u have to decrease the file system size

Also, check to see if any applications are writing to / that would be better writing to a dedicated filesystem.
