DDE error

We just rebuilt a lage, complicated a.out using aCC 3.13. Now, DDE 4.22 fails at startup time with a message

A CLASS symbol was not found where it was expected.
Intercepted signal SIGBUS

Unexpected internal inconsistency. Please report to HP.

Any ideas welcome...
