One of our programmers wants to report a bug in the HP C/ANSI C compiler: --------------------------------- I've found a bug the the HP C/ANSI C compiler we use to compile the HP-UX PA-RISC version of the VisualWorks virtual machine. I need to report this bug to HP. I have a trivial C program that demonstrates the bug. We have applied all of the most recent compiler patches and the bug persists.

I opened a SW support case via the response center.. (#4604966559) and forwarded the details on to the programmer who requested to have a case opened along with an e-mail of the individual I spoke with... Thanks for every ones help...
I forwarded the case #, Response Center phone #, and the e-mail address of the individual that opened the case for me when I called on to the programmer... I haven't had a reply from him yet..., his address is "removed"
I don't think that your colleague would like his email address in plaintext for harvest. I'ma asking the moderators to sanitize that from this thread. You could add that to the case information since that should be treated confidentially.
