Is there some forums focus on telecommunication on Internet ?

forums located in Russia but writen in English are preferable.

for telecom forums.

If you're looking for itrc forums on hp-ux telecom software, the best place to go would be the itrc management software forum for OpenView ITO..

OpenCall products info (SS7 and Sonet software and service platforms) see www.hp.com/go/telecom www.hp.com/go/opencall

I don't know of any in Russia.. or any other country in particular.. the opencall center is in France..
