Need help with a missing sample source file

The EMS Manual has a sample C program with the following reference:

• The file “mydefs” (the C version of $SYSTEM.SYSTEM.GPLDEFS)

I can't find a 'C version' of GPLDEFS on our machine. Anybody have a copy I can borrow? Thanks,
