Unable to show 8-bit characters on my application

Hello,

We have two HP-UX 9000 servers with OS 11.0 - one of the servers is handling the application (Netscape Enteprise Server 3.6 sp4 and Netscape Application Server 4.0 sp5) while another is handling the database (Oracle 8.0.6).

Database is returning 8-bit characters normally to the application server but the application is not showing the characters corretly - it is replacing those with "?" symbol.

Do you any suggestions how to move forward and get these characters shown correctly?
