Zabbix 1.8.3 Compile Issues

I have a HP-UX 11iv3 IA64 machine that I am attempting to compile the Zabbix 1.8.3 agent on and I am having problems with the following areas:

I need headers for iconv (iconv.h) and sysinfo (sysinfo.h).

I assume I need to download a DEV kit from Alliance One but I am kind running into a block on which kit to download.

Anyone else run into this?

These should come with every system. They are are in:
ProgSupport.C-INC
