how can i make apache+php+solid DB work?

HP-UX11.0 + NNM6.2

i plan to custom NNM reports as follows:
set up PHP in HP-UX,use PHP connect to NNM's solid DB by ODBC,
then got the report in Internet explore showed by PHP.
can i achieve it?

some other questions:
1.Is apache set up automatically after NNM's setting up?
what should i do to configure PHP's setup correspond to apache,
or need i reinstall apache?

2.where i can achieve "hp-ux apache-based web server v.1.0.06.01",
one paper says it applys apache+PHP service.
i tryed to get it from HP's software for downloading website,
but there is a err after i linked to it--
"can not find the page".
can i got it in other places?
