3com 7760 AP not being discovered by the Unified Switch

i have a 7760 that is not being discovered after switching to managed, i have downloaded the managed fit software and updated the ap, unit is still not being discovered.

There was lots of info on this before on the 3com site but now is gone..

any help would be appriciated.
