3CRWER100-75 fail after firmware upgrade to 1.3.06
I upgraded my 3CRWER100-75 wireless router from 1.3 to 1.3.06 with the firmware upgrade found on: http://csoweb4.3com.com/wireless_update/default.cfm?file=69
This caused the wireless router to stop functioning as expected:
Oddly, the four LAN connectors still function as a hub/switch.
The used firmware file was 3CRWER100or200-75_v1.3.06_SH.fim as found in the upgrade file.
I'd like to refer to http://forums.3com.com/viewmessages.cfm?forum=22&Topic=331 where the same problem seems to have occured.
How can I have my router restored to its fully working state?
This caused the wireless router to stop functioning as expected:
- My computer does not receive a IP-adres automatically
- The webinterface of the machine is not available, also not with a fixed IP on my computer
- The wlan light does not lighten up.
- Any reset action does not seem to work.
Oddly, the four LAN connectors still function as a hub/switch.
The used firmware file was 3CRWER100or200-75_v1.3.06_SH.fim as found in the upgrade file.

Re: 3CRWER100-75 fail after firmware upgrade to 1.3.06
I an having the same issue.
I have tried all the recommended methods of resetting it to the default settings as the upgrade release notes suggested resetting the settings after a firmware upgrade but no matter what I do it does not behave any differently. I have also tried setting up a satic IP on my computer and access the WebUI that way with no luck, nor does it respond to ping.
If there is any other information I could provide to assist with finding a solution I would be happy to oblige.
