How can I set up my router to deny internet traffic for an connected IP address let say EVERY monday to friday 8:00pm to 10:00pm EVERY WEEK via the SCHEDULE RULES page? 

the SCHEDULE RULES page only says : START DATE MON/DAY - END DATE MON/DAY - START TIME AND END TIME.

You need to upgrade your firmware, I hear that a new version of schedule is ready with Name of the Day .

You will be able to chose as such: Monday; Tuesday . etc...

I have seen this on a 300A ADSL router already and the cable router uses the same core updates so they will have it.

Contact 3Com for support and they will give it to you.
