Authentication with AD is not stable

We are using MSM765, we configured it to authenticate with AD.

We have added groups exactly match the AD group, and most of the time, it can be correctly authenticated.

However, sometimes, for a specific user, he/she wouldn't be able to log in to the wifi lasting for 1 or 2 days. Checking the log it says:

E: internal authorization attributes are missing

 

Is that something sounds familiar to you? Am I missing some important configuration?

You set some attributed the Controller?
