E-MSM720 cannot stay connected to the wireless network.

I'd greatly appreciate any help I could get.  I've opened a case with hp, and I've had little help or suggestions.
The problem I"m experiencing is that several models of laptops cannot stay connected to the secure wireless network.

Dell Latitude E5520  and HP probook 4530s laptops will not stay connected to the wireless.
One has a broadcom  and one has a realtec network adapter.

Things I’ve done:
Upgraded the wireless manager to the latest firmware to version  5.7.0.2-01-10750.
I’ve updated wireless network drivers on both model laptops. Turned off power management on the wireless adapters.
Set the wireless channels used to 1, 6, 11.  (alternated and spaced between wireless access points)
Lowered the power output on the wireless  access points since one of the HP techs was concerned about the snr rating.
I’ve done a heat map, and the signal strength is good.

The below error  messages may be the root of the problem.

Re: E-MSM720 cannot stay connected to the wireless network.

So on the client side, what happens?  Do they actually lose connection to the wireless network (showing that the laptop is not even connected to an SSID), or do they maintain the wireless connection by just lose network connectivity?    Just trying to clarify.    Is the issue also ONLY with those particular laptops/devices?   Or is the problem with ANY wireless client?
