Guest Access: Client Shall Stay Logged On after Sleep Mode
Hi folks
When a user/guest connects to our guest SSID with his Macbook and authenticates successfully, a session window pop up appears and the guest is able to use the network access.
When he/she closes the lid of his/her Macbook it goes to sleep mode (i.e. to change rooms). When opening the lid again and he/she wants to use the web browser again a new authentication must be done.
Can I force the controller to keep this session up and running for a specified period in time or will the session be interrupted anyway when the device goes to sleep?
Thank you in advance!

Did you set and enable the option:
Automatically reauthenticate HTML-based users for:
Under Controller -> Public Access -> Access Control

Hi rkobiske!
No I didn't enable indeed. Let me try this and ask for the user experience!
Thank you for the hint!
