HP MSM 425 stuck on establishing connection (used with MSM 760 controller)

Hey every one,

i got a new AP (hp msm 425) connected on one of my sites 

and for some reason it is stuck on establishing connection,

altough i got another site with the same AP and it is synced fine,

any one can suggest me what to do, im stucked and it is frustrating

btw im running :

Software version: 6.6.5.0-23187

any help would be appreciated
