Hi,
I'm installing a new wireless network in a hotel based on 1 HP MSM 760 and 70 HP MSM430. My issue is that I can't see any SSID because the Wireless port 1 and 2 are down.
I think it is shutdown because of interference. In fact, there is already an old wireless network and we are installing the new one in parallel. We will switch to the new Wireless network and remove the old one.
Is there anyway to force the Wireless port 1 and 2 up despite the interference ? I try to disable or enable severe interference mitigation but there isn't any effect.
Best regards,

Re: HP MSM 760 : Wireless port 1 and 2 down
Hi,
I solved the issue by configuring and activating the Internet port on the wireless controller. Can you confirm that the Internet Interface must be configured ? Does an access point need to access to Internet at the startup ?
Best regards,

your AP will offer services once it is synched to your controller and the VSC is configured properly and Bound to your AP group.
