HP MSM422 Access Point

We have several MSM422 access points installed in our building and we use 802.1x WPA2 enterprise authentication. Is there any reason why Windows 7 users would have issues authenticating? They are repeatedly asked to authenticate with no success.

Is this a known issue?

can you test xp or vista client
do you see any issues xp or vista client

802.1x authentication factory default closed windows 7 client
must have enable on windows 7
