Hello, 

The cim.startup files are not available on the official download page. Please contact your local HPE/Aruba support, report the issue of the AP and request a cim.startup file. The AP MSM460 has a life time warranty on the HW.

Hi @Emil_G , what should we do when the local HP phone support(Brazil) say they don't have access to this .startup firmwares anymore and the AP is absolete, so they can't do anything about it? I have two brand new units on the original boxes that can't be used and can't be converted to standalone mode withou the proper .cim.startup file for this model(JL009-60011) MSM430-BR
