HP MSM760, Access Control option restricts DHCP relay to Public access VSC

I'm using HP MSM760, i'm planning to create Public guest access to our new VLAN, provided IP by external DHCP server, when user access to Public guest SSID, they should be redirect to login page (host by controller). I configured new VSC, network, network profiles. Things worked fine if i unchecked Access Control option. But when i checked the Access Control option, with HTML authentication, remote Radius server, DHCP can't release the IP the the client. Can anyone help me with this?
