How are the MAC Address generated on the APs?

How are the MAC Address generated on the APs?

Can someone tell me where are the MAC addresses dervied from on MSM controllers and APs?  Is there a documentation or pattern on this?  I think usually the addresses on different on the last octet.  Each SSID has its own unique MAC addresses?

 

How do I find out which APs specially a client is currently collected to?

 

Please point me in the right direction.

 

We are using MSM765zl and vareity of APs.
