How to reset the msm420 to factory mode

Dear all, I have a trouble thing with this device, first, I lost my password of log on to the console port; second, I lost my password of log on to the management web; third, I have disabled the reset button of this device as before! How to reset the AP to factory mode? I have tried to click the reset button before insert the power adapter, but no effect! Please help!
