Issue with a MSM 760 Mobility Controller and MSM 320
Hello,
I have the following issue with a MSM 760 Mobility Controller and MSM 320 wireless access points:
Wireless users lose access to network and internet services however wired users have no issues and remain connected.
The controller was rebooted and the users regained network and internet access. The logs show no apparent errors. My question is:
If the controller "locks up" or becomes "unavailable" will that affect the access points in any way?
Note: the controller has no authentication configured, so users go from the access points to the particular resource they request i.e.. Internet or network resources.
Thanks much!
Graham
