My customer has the following error message on both MSM 710 and 760 controller after upgraded to 5.4.2 from 5.3.1:
Dec 20 15:29:25 warning iprulesmgr Ignoring HTML authentication request (ip-address='10.247.112.120') has we can't determine where this user is located due to missing MAC Address inside ARP table or request.
Dec 20 15:29:23 err webauth Your request could not be processed. Please try again. If the problem persists, call your service provider and report error code -113: Unknown result value passed
Can anyone help to explain what has caused this.
