MSM 710 Access Controller, Web portal users

Hello there

I need help with two topics, hope anyone can help me

1)I need to know how to create users for web portal access, and assign them a specific VLAN to use.

2)I need to know how to create a main user who can enter to the admin interface and only create other users for web portal authentication

I hope my answer is clear.
