MSM 720 6.3 Upgrade to 6.4 fails

We have been unable to upgrade many of our MSM 720s from 6.3 to 6.4.  Anybody else is experiencing the same problem?

What kind of issue are you having? AP synchronization issues ? The update doenst start ?

The upload of the new file starts properly but at some point during the upload process or at the end I get the error message "Firmware filename cannot be blank".  In other words, the field that contained the new file becomes empty.

I had a similar issue once but it ended up being a connectivity issue, the download was timing out. After few attempts, the upgrade went through.
