MSM 760 Access controller - no IP comms after ugprade

760 Access controller has no ARP, cannot ping it, tried factory addressing, tried "linux factory" command on console cable. Cannot ping, web browse etc etc. ANy suggestions would help. Gone from

5.7.5.0 (Maintenance) -> 6.2.1.1

Hmmm ...

I do not know if it was the cause of this problem, but the build date of the V5.7.5.0 version is 04-Dec-2014 and the V6.2.1.1 version 06-Nov-2014.

I believe there was a downgrade configuration and something has been lost. You can configure IP address for Console/CLI and after test connectivity?
