MSM 760 authentication problem

I am getting the following error in our MSM 760 logs. The authentication is set for Active Directory and it was working fine until the past few days.

Mar 4 11:58:34 debug radiusd E:WARNING: Bad RADIUS packet from host 127.0.0.1: unknown packet code 60
