MSM 760 with msm 410 APs and mac authentication and radius server authentication error!!!!!!

Hi everyone, I really need help! we have an msm760 with 88 410 APs running about 12 VSC's. All except one of the VSC's use 802.1x authentication with mac filtering set up at the APs and a microsoft radius server. Any client tablet desktop or laptop connecting via the mac auth VSC's gives an authentication error after 10 minutes, sometimes less and then the unit disconnects from the AP and has a hard time connecting until you restart the wireless of the client station, which allows for instant reconnection... for about 10 minutes and the cycle continues, please advise as this is a matter of extreme urgency.

Please also let me know if you require any log files.

so, the VSC with the problem has only mac-auth enabled ?

Is there any session timeout configured on the radius policies ?

Can you provide some screenshots of the vsc config and the NPS config (no IP details information needed, cleaned config only) ?

Can you run a packet trace on the controller port to the radius server (controller - tools - network trace), set it to the max packets and packet size 1500 ? Next filter on radius traffic ( or more specific on only radius traffic for a client facing issues, can normaly use the Calling Station ID to filter that) to see if you see any strange radius traffic at/before the disconnect.
