MSM430 - there is no possibility to choose channel width 40 MHz for 11n

Hi, all!

Documentation states that if you select 11n will be able to select the bandwidth of 20/40 MHz:

Channel width
(Only available when Wireless mode includes some type of 802.11n support)

But this choice "Channel width:    Auto 20/40 MHz" appears only for 802.11 n/b/g (2.4 GHz) but NOT for 802.11 n/a (5 GHz). For 11 n/a present only "Channel width:   20 MHz" without possibility to changing.

Controller MSM765zl, AP's are MSM430, fw 6.0.1, Regulatory domain:  RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

Why I am not able to choose the bandwith 40 MHz for 802.11 n/a (5 GHz)?

TIA,

DSV

Hi, your regulatory domain must not support 40MHz in 5GHz band, thats why you cant select it. In other regulatory domains that support it, you can select it.
