MSM710 - Apple Macbooks and Iphones disconnecting after a few minutes
Hi folks
We currently have a MSM710 access controller and a couple of MSM422 access points.
Wondering if anyone has seen any issues with Macbooks (running osx 10.6.2) or Iphones (running latest firmware version) disconnecting from the wireless after a few minutes.
Windows clients are fine, only seems to occur with Mac's and Iphones.
P.S. This thread has been moved from Communications, Wireless (Legacy ITRC forum) to MSM Series. -HP Forum Moderator

Re: MSM710 - Apple Macbooks and Iphones disconnecting after a few minutes
When we opened it up, it seemed to work fine.
So it appears to be an issue with HTML username/password authorization and Macbooks/Iphones.
Not sure what to do next though as we would like to keep the html authorization enabled.

Re: MSM710 - Apple Macbooks and Iphones disconnecting after a few minutes
Also if you have session/welcome pages try disabling them to see if they help.
Hopefully the next batch of firmware updates from HP will fix these issues.
Let me know if that helps!
