MSM710 and APs are going crazy
Hey everyone,
I'm having issues with my MSM710 and 3 MSM410 APs today. The APs are on PoE and all was good until this morning.
2 of the 3 APs had clients on them this morning, but the 3rd one was down. So after chekcing out the settings and power cycling the problem AP with no avail, I rebooted the MSM710 controller to attempt a fix.
Now all 3 are offline and they wouldn't connect. So I updated the MSM710 firware to attempt a fix, and that did nothing.
So now, the MSM710 will scan and find the APs, but they bounce around between the Pending, Unresponding, Detected and Configured folders. When I try to accept the devices, I get "Could not take the appropriate web action for a device" message with nothing appearing to help.
Anyone got an idea of what I might do to help get these things back online?
Thanks a lot!!!
