MSM710 and E-MSM430 wifi internet connection dropping randomly (description updated)

EDIT: updated the body text to correspond to the issue at hand

Hey,

I am experiencing an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. It happens at random time and to random employees in the office. After the client loses internet connection (the Wi-Fi just disconnects from the AP and can not reconnect, (the laptop can not access any network resouce). Usually only one user at a time experiences this issue. When this happens all other Wi-Fi clients work normally and can access the network. We do not have any network issues with the wired connections (the access points connect to the same wired network as Desktop computers). At fist we had two-band Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and stumbled upon this issue. Later we disabled the 5Ghz connection and used only 2.4Ghz, same issue. Lastly we tried to use only 5Ghz connection... same issue still.

The only way to fix is to wait some random ammount of time, sometimes 10min, sometimes even 30min (even rebooting the computer does not help the issue). As this happens so randomly and connection drops only from a one user at a time. I am quite sure that the problem lies either in MSM710 (controller) or E-MSM430 (APs).

I really do not know what to do with this or how to even start troubleshooting it.

We are running currently 1x MSM710 controller and 4x E-MSM430 access points. We have 2x VSCs setup, for internal and guest network.

Edit: currently we have 5-25 connected  clients per AP simultaneously.

Edit: firmware is: 5.7.0.2-01-10750

By any chance are your clients who are being disconnected using Mac notebooks?

We have been seeing this ourselves with Macbook Pro and Macbook Air clients.  The MSM 430 running 5.7.2 (with a MSM 760 controller) seems to have less problem than the MSM 410 access point.

Having the users disconnect wireless and reconnect from their Mac seems to clear the problem.

Thanks for the reply Craig,

Yes, the problem lies in the MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs. And at first we also managed to clear the problem by disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless. But lately we stumbled upon some issues where the reconnecting the wireless did not help (was not possible/working).
