MSM760: dual band device (I5,I5s,I6,Mac Pro) cannot connect access point
dear all,
I use MSM760 and access point is model 425(JG654A) .
I disable radio 5.0 Ghz and I using 2.4 Ghz only.
In case the access point have problem.
I cannot access the Access point by dual band device (I5,I5s,I6,Mac Pro) but iphone4 , iphone 4s (one band) can connect.
If I reboot the access point dual band device and one band can connect to access point.
I have 200 AP and when dual band device cannot connect the MSM760 show ip status 0.0.0.0
remark : Andorid device is working,
Controller: MSM 760
Access Points: 425
mode : WAP2 Enterprise Wireless 802.1x

Re: MSM760: dual band device (I5,I5s,I6,Mac Pro) cannot connect access point
If the problem applies to 5 and 6 but not 4, I'd talk to Apple. Something has apparently changed in the devices themselves.
If you have 5GHz-capable devices, why would you force them to more polluted 2.4GHz spectrum anyway?
