MSM765 - New Access Points - Looping
Software Version: 5.5.3.0-01-10326
Any new or factory reset access point connecting to our network doesn't synchronise.
We have two models MSM422 & MSM460.
The loop is as follows:
ControllerтАЩs status says:
тАЬWaiting for AcceptanceтАЭ
тАЬValidating capabilitiesтАЭ
тАЬEstablishing tunnelтАЭ
тАЬRestoring configurationтАЭ
тАЬUploading ConfigurationтАЭ
тАЬResetting ConfigurationтАЭ and the AP reboots.
Continues to Loop through the above steps. They are on the correct VLAN and PoE ports.
If an AP is working and synchronised and we disconnect it and re-connect, it works fine.

Just an idea ... do you checked the max APs you can connect on the controller ? Did you reach this number ?

Re: MSM765 - New Access Points - Looping
We have a limit of 80. Currently 64 in operation
It has been working for a long time on this same firmware version. We've factory reset AP's time after time and they've synchronised fine in the past.

Re: MSM765 - New Access Points - Looping
I remember seeing similar issues previously. I'd recommend contacting your local support center.
