Hi

can you provide the system log so we can get more info?

also, what is your VSC configuration ? Access-Control?

How many users do you usually have?

thanks

Re: MSM765

If the controller is still entitled for SW support and upgrades (i.e. less than one year old or has a SW support contract, or is purchased on or after Aug 1 2013) I'd start by contacting support and ask for 5.7.3-Sr2. 5.7.2.0 isn't something I'd recommend for a stable environment.

If the problem is still present with that, you can gather from the controller config file, filtered and unfiltered logs and sysinfo.bin for support.
