Hi,
I am running 5.7.2.0-12736 firmware on an MSM765 controller.
Lately i have been getting the following error every few seconds:

The users are not being redirected to the login portal. Any ideas?

can you provide the system log so we can get more info?
also, what is your VSC configuration ? Access-Control?
How many users do you usually have?

If the controller is still entitled for SW support and upgrades (i.e. less than one year old or has a SW support contract, or is purchased on or after Aug 1 2013) I'd start by contacting support and ask for 5.7.3-Sr2. 5.7.2.0 isn't something I'd recommend for a stable environment.
If the problem is still present with that, you can gather from the controller config file, filtered and unfiltered logs and sysinfo.bin for support.
